A New One-Day Record!
On Tuesday, we delivered a total of 1,110 meals at 18 locations in DC, Virginia, and Maryland – including the happy soldiers and staff at Walter Reed National Military Medical Center (WRNMMC). Thanks to all our restaurant partners who helped us reach that milestone!
This week we began teaming up with Open Kitchen, which supports immigrant-owned restaurants in D.C. and Virginia. FtFDC is honored to be working with new immigrant chefs/ owners in support of our mission.
National Institutes of Health
FtFDC recently added NIH to its list of healthcare facilities and is scheduled to deliver over 800 meals to the staff at the main Bethesda campus next week.
